Ask.fm is a social networking site where anonymous
users can ask other users questions. The site was
launched on June 16, 2010.
In mid-2013, the site was the subject of several media articles regarding cyberbullying that have been linked to suicides. This was largely in response to widely reported cases of anonymous offensive messaging and suicides apparently resulting from such bullying. The site has courted controversy by not having workable reporting, tracking or parental control processes, which have become the norm on other social media websites.

With the new function you will not need to worry about who is bullying you. Just paste the link to question and press Find Him or if you want to know your IP press Find IP and then text him that you know his IP and his NAME and he wil not be such a bad boy nomore.
